    • Session notes and summaries submitted to the instructor or portfolio site after each session

    • Periodic written or video reflections on learning, challenges, and problem-solving

  • Feedback Implementation

    • Soliciting and applying structured player feedback to enhance campaign quality

    • Evidencing iterative improvement in session delivery and group management

  • Professional and Ethical Practice

    • Adherence to ethical standards, safety tools, and respectful conduct

    • Transparent communication, clear boundaries, and upholding agreed campaign expectations

  • Capstone Submission

    • Final campaign report or presentation documenting the storyline, key moments, GM growth, and player outcomes

Grading is based on holistic competence in practical game mastering, leadership, adaptability, and reflective growth, culminating in final review of the capstone deliverables and campaign performance.
